Learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor has made a statement at bar by passing on instructions to this Court and submits that the order complained of contempt, has now been complied with. By the order complained of, respondent-contemnor was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in place of her husband. The said claim has now been rejected by the respondent-contemnor vide order dated 16.05.2023. 5.
