1. This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 on behalf of the petitioners seeking early hearing of the writ petition.

As a last and final opportunity, it is directed that the petition along with accompanying documents and additional affidavits (which shall be filed within one week from today) shall be treated as a representation and a speaking order shall be passed within 15 days from today, failing which the Court will be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings against Senior Officers of the respondent No. 1 Bank.
5. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
6. The next date of hearing fixed earlier i.e., 27.11.2026 stands cancelled.

7. In view of the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 5007/2024, Mr. Syal,
