In the aforesaid circumstance, since mandatory provision of registration under PRAN has already been withdrawn, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner is adequately addressed and nothing remains to decide the petition on merit. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
