HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14000-DB CCC No. 100320 of 2025
“Upon detailed examination of the records, it is found that the said land was purchased in the name of the Government, represented by the Tahsildar, Badami, through a registered sale deed dated 29-April-2010 for a valuable consideration of Rs.2,62,500/-. This being a voluntary sale transaction and not a compulsory acquisition under any land acquisition proceedings.”
