For issuance of order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writs/directions/orders for directing the respondent nos. 1 to 7 for Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1834 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 removing the illegal encroachment from the petitioner's shop/office bearing shop no. 304, third floor of Hem Plaza Apartment, Frazer Road, P.S. Kotwali, District – Patna; ii.) For issuance of order, direction or any other appropriate writs/directions/orders thereof for directing the respondent nos. 1 to 7 for registration of FIR against the respondent 8; iii.) For any other order, orders or directions directing the respondent nos. 1 to 7 to implement the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Encroachment Case No. 481 of 2024 wherein and whereby the private respondent no. 8 has been found to be encroacher upon the land of the petitioner. 3. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patna to implement the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Encroachment Case No. 481 of 2024 within one month of communication/receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
