The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate Bhadohi, to look into the grievances of the petitioners registered on IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) NO. 40019824023583 as well as in view of the Government Order dated 01.05.2017 where under 'Anti-Land Grabber Task Force' has been enacted and to take appropriate action against the contesting Respondent indulging in the land grabbing of the petitioner, forthwith without any further delay, in the better interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate Bhadohi to entertain the legitimate grievance of the petitioner as indicated in the Order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 16.05.2025 with a added direction to the District Magistrate for reasonable explanation as to why he kept the Order of this Hon'ble Court to be neutralize, in the better interest of justice." 2. Shri Devbratt Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Shri Kumar Gaurav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed. 3.
