The same is accepted and be kept on record. 3. On perusal of the said instruction it appears that the Opposite Party-Contemnor has stated that he has taken steps to address the prayer of the Petitioner and the details steps, that has been taken, has been enclosed as Annexure-A to such instruction. 4. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Proceeding is dropped. Further, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court again in the event his grievance remains unaddressed.
