The petitioner alleges that respondents no. 4, 5 and 6, who are co-sharers in building jointly owned by them are undertaking certain constructions which pose a threat to life and property. 2. On 29.4.2025 Nagar Palika Parishad, Farrukhabad has issued a notice to the parties to ensure that certain part of the building which is in dilapidated condition should be repaired within fifteen days ensuring that no damage is caused to the adjoining building and the people living in the vicinity. 3. As the Nagar Palika is already seized of the issue, therefore in case any grievance is left, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Nagar Palika Parishad for appropriate directions. 4.
