(ORDER) 03.03.2025
1. Mr. Mubashir Malik, learned Dy. AG appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioners in nutshell is that the respondents- Corporation is initiating the process of laying the new electric poles in connection with the transmission line who have identified two spots for erecting the electric poles in front of their shopping complex at Main Bazar, Kangan. That the petitioners made representation before the respondents- corporation requesting for change of the alignment of the transmission line infront of their shopping complex so that their business is not badly effected causing prejudice to their right of livelihood but they are adamant and have not responded positively to their representation. That the errection of the subject electric poles at the earlier existing positions will prove comparatively better.
