Nagendra, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the F-line Applications submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 14.02.2023 (Ex.P1) and another Application on 28.01.2025. 3. At the outset, this Court fails to understand as to why the Revenue Officials have not acted upon the F-line Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 14.02.2023 (Ex.P1). On account of in action on the part of the Official Respondents, the Writ Petitioner is once again constrained to file the present F-line Application, dated 28.01.2025. 4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage and without going into merits, directing the Tahsildar, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District (Respondent No.4) to issue final proceedings in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and furnish a copy of such proceedings to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein. 5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.4 is statutorily obligated to follow the principles of Natural Justice by issuing the advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before issuing final proceedings. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to Respondent No.4 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 8.
