At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to decide the representation dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) within a time bound manner. 3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3- the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
