She submits that though she has brought the aforesaid fact to the notice of the Superior Officer, i.e. the Chief Officer – respondent No.1, till date no action has been taken. She has invited our attention to the representation dated 29/09/2025, which till date has not been decided. 02. Since the issue is not decided, we direct respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 29/09/2025 within a period of eight weeks from today.
