By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate Banda (respondent No.- 2) to decide the representation/ complaint dated 27/3/2025 and 5/5/2025 (Annexure no. 5 and 6) submitted by the petitioner and enquire the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law." Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 27th March, 2025 and 5th May, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the respondent concerned as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
