This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning the delay of 106 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and explanation urged, and there being no objection to the prayer, delay of 106 days in preferring the connected writ appeal is condoned.
