By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the respondent no.3 to remove liquor shop from Gopalnagar, Maldhan Chaur, Ramnagar, District Nainital and to run and manage his liquor shop at allotted place i.e. at Hathi Dagar, Maldhan Chaur, Ramnagar, District Nainital. Learned State Counsel was required to get instruction in the matter. Today, learned State Counsel would submit that since it was a new shop, now it has been closed. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State Counsel. In view of the statement given by the learned State Counsel, nothing survives in the writ petition.
