This is an office reference initiated on a request letter made by First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg dated 02.01.2025 whereby the request has been made to decided the MJC No.481 of 2021 pending before the learned First Additional Principle Judge Family Court, Durg, ( Smt. M. Swati @ Himkirti Vs. Nitish Relegadla). 2. Vide order dated 18.06.2024 this Court while passing the order dated 18.06.2025 in Criminal Revision No.898 of 2023, directed the learned Family Court, Durg, to decide the criminal MJC No.481 of 2021 as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing fixed before it. 3. The period of 6 months was over on 31.12.2024 and a request has been made by the learned Family Court for extension of time to decide the said criminal MJC pending before it. 4. On due consideration, three months time is granted to the First Additional Principle Judge Family Court, Durg, to conclude the trial of the case and to decide the same. 5. Accordingly, the present CRMP is disposed of. 6.
