The period from 23.04.2025 i.e. the date of filing of the present Revision Application, till today, i.e. 14.11.2025, shall be excluded for computing the period of limitation. 3. In the peculiar facts of the present case where the parties had filed consent terms before the learned Court, pursuant to which the petitioner-husband had deposited a sum of Rs.1,78,000/- with the learned Court, which was withdrawn by the respondent-wife, this Court vide order dated 20.10.2025 had directed the respondent- wife to deposit the said amount with this Court.
