By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- I. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to regularize/appoint the petitioner on regular basis against the vacant post which is lying vacant in the university at present. II. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to complete the process of regularization of the petitioner within a prescribed period as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. III. Pass any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. IV. Award the cost of the writ petition to the Petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similar controversy has already been decided on 20.03.2018, by this Court in WPSS No.425 of 2014, Kumesh Kumar and Others Vs. HNB Garhwal University Srinagar and Others. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 20.03.2018, by this Court in WPSS No.425 of 2014, Kumesh Kumar and Others Vs.
