Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Following order was passed in the matter on 11.03.2025:- “Notice. Ms. Mahaswari Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that emoluments due on account of revision of gratuity, revision of leave encashment and arrears on account of revision of pay-scale are yet to be released in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the due payments will be paid to the petitioner within four weeks. List on 11.04.2025, when reply/compliance affidavit shall be filed.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Pursuant to above, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record office letter dated 10.04.2025 and on that basis submitted that enhanced gratuity and leave encashment due to the petitioner has been paid to him. Arrears and interest on the delayed payment would be paid to the petitioner within next four weeks i.e. by 30th May, 2025. 3. Taking note of the above submissions, the present execution proceedings are closed at this stage. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of his surviving grievance(s), at an appropriate stage, in case need so arises.
