By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the post of Lekhpal at Tehsil Thakurdwara, District Moradabad in pursuant to the appointment order dated 10.07.2024 and to provide appropriate time to the petitioner to complete the formalities of resigning from the post of Stenographer District Court Banda." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of applications/ representations dated 23rd December, 2024 and 3rd January, 2025 which has remained unconsidered till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 3 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his application/ representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the respondent concerned as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
