The petitioners have been made accused in connection with with S.T Case No. 205/2024, arising out of Chowka P.S. Case No. 25/2024 corresponding to G.R Case No. 371/2024, for the offences under Sections 392, 395, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil. On 29.04.2024, dacoity was committed in the Reliance Petrol Pump at Palgam. The dacoits looted Rs.86,250/- along with mobile phones of the staffs of the Petrol Pump. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co- accused Ravindra Koiry @ Rabindra Kuriy and Sujit Koiry @ Sujit Kuiri @ Sujit Kairi @ Sujit Kaipi have been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.1200 of 2025. From the perusal of the CDR report, it appears that the petitioners were present near the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil, in connection with S.T Case No. 205/2024, arising out of Chowka P.S. Case No. 25/2024 corresponding to G.R Case No. 371/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
