Heard learned advocate for the applicant and perused the application memo. Having regard to the submissions made and considering the averments stated in the application, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay of 98 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application is hereby condoned. (R. T.
