The petitioner is praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025 for allotment of 10% abadi land in lieu of the acquired land. The claim is being made on basis of scheme of Gramin Abadi (Management and Regularization) Rules, 2011. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent - Development Authority submits that under policy of the Authority, 6% developed land is provided. 4% additional developed land is provided only to those persons, whose cases were covered by Full Bench judgement of this Court in Gajraj and others Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2011(11) ADJ 1. She submits that the village, where the land of the petitioner is situated i.e. Village Kyampur, Pargana Dankaur, Tehsil and District Gautam Budh Nagar, is not covered by the Full Bench judgement. She submits that the claim of the petitioner for allotment of 6% developed land, as per policy of the Authority, would be considered. 3. Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute that the village in question is not covered by Full Bench judgement of this Court. 4. In view of above, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of allotment of developed abadi land in terms of its policy within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with a fresh representation to be made in this behalf.
