Heard learned counsel for the applicant and 2. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 7.3.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 4441 of 2025. 3. Vide order dated 7.3.2025, Writ Court directed that petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of impugned FIR dated 5.1.2025 arising out of case crime no. 0013 of 2025, under Section 318(4) of BNS and Sections 63, 65 of Copyright Act. 4. Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has not been arrested, but police is still taking coercive action against the him. 5. Be that as it may, no contempt is made out. 6. Accordingly, contempt application is dismissed.
