The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of a direction to official respondent no. 2 to 4 to take legal action against private respondents No.5 & 6. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representations/applications dated 21.12.2024 (P-2) & 19.03.2025 (P-3), within a time bound manner. 3. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/ Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, Punjab to look into the representations/applications dated 21.12.2024 (P-2) & 19.03.2025 (P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today by passing a speaking order. 4.
