Petitioner is before this Court assailing the FIR registered in Crime No.172 of 2024 by the Nargund Police Station, Gadag for offences punishable under Sections352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(2)(va), 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act,
2015.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, as on the date of filing of this petition itself, investigation of the case was completed and charge sheet was filed and in the absence of any challenge to the charge sheet, the present petition cannot be maintained.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this criminal petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet filed in the present case in the manner known to law. Submission is placed on record.
