Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 80 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar Singh, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Ugiya Kumari, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage. There is allegation that she was assaulted by the petitioner to enforce the demand of dowry. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
