The present Transfer Petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks transfer of HMA No.1232/2025 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court-01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [“learned Family Court”] to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court-01, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi [“learned Transferee Court”]. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the Respondent has no objection to the present Petition being allowed. 3. Considering the averments made in the present Petition as well as the no-objection expressed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, the present Petition is allowed.
