Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.5.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that order of Writ Court dated 24.3.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 4595 of 2023 has been complied with as opposite party no.1 forwarded the salary bill of of the applicant from January, 2025 to June, 2025 in the office of opposite party no.1-Kanpur Dehat, therefore, application has become infructuous. I have considered the submission of learned standing counsel for the opposite party and perused the record as well as affidavit. Prima facie, order of writ Court dated dated 24.3.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 4595 of 2023 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed.
