Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned Tender Notification bearing No. GEM/2024/B/5563414 dated 30.10.2024 issued by the R3 authority vide Annexure-F, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order of disqualifying the petitioner through bearing No. GEM/2024/B/5563414 dated 12.11.2024 issued by the R3 authority vide Annexure-G, in the interest of justice and equity. iii. Isse a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner company to complete the Supply work for setting up Computer Labs in 49 schools by providing of All in One PASSENGER/CUSTOMER (490 pieces), Online UPS (V2) (49 pieces), Multimedia Projector (MMP) (49 pieces) in Koppal District, in the interest of justice and equity. iv. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above petition has been rendered infructuous.
