This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0147 of 2025, under Sections 108, 351 (3) B.N.S., P.S. Karchhana, District Prayagraj. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
