This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery certificate dated July 1, 2024 issued by the respondent No.3. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.4 submits that impugned recovery certificate has been withdrawn by the Executive Engineer vide order dated May 27, 2025. 4. In light of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. The Executive Engineer, respondent No.4 herein is directed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date. 6.
