ORDE R 23.04.2025 By the instant application, applicant/petitioner has sought rectification of typographical error that has crept in order dated
21.04.2025. In the application, it is stated that in para 2 of the order (supra) words “petitioner” instead of “respondents” and “suspended” instead of “cancelled” has been inadvertently typed out, which is required to be rectified. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with the
submissions made at bar, the application is allowed and the words
“petitioner” and “suspended” appearing in line No. 12 of paragraph 2 of order dated 21.04.2025, shall be read as “respondents” and
“cancelled” respectively. CM disposed of. This order shall form part of order dated 21.04.2025.
