On the basis of instruction, he submits that the order of the writ court dated 9.4.2024 rendered in Writ-C No. 5029 of 2024 has been complied with and due amount of Rs.44100/- has been paid to the applicant, therefore, application has become infructuous. He further submitted that for disputed amount in question, applicant has remedy to challenge the same by filing petition, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the applicant. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
