Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent- Development Authority submits that the petitioners have represented in this regard for the first time in 2025. He submits that the representations filed in this regard would be decided. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representations dated 01.02.2025, 06.03.2025 and 19.04.2025 annexed collectively as annexure-3 to the writ petition within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representations.
