The learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has filed Cr.WJC No. 967 of 2025 against the official respondents and the informant in the instant appeal. 3. It is next submitted that Cr.WJC No. 967 of 2025 was taken up on 08.05.2025 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench and further proceedings before the learned Court Below in connection with Buxar SC/ST P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 was stayed, as such, it is submitted that the appellant, for the present, does not have any apprehension of arrest, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to the appellant move afresh, Patna High Court CR.
