She has further submitted that the learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial of the case. In view of this, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed for. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and ensure that the prosecution witnesses are summoned and examined at regular intervals.
