The petitioner has assailed a notice dated 16.05.2025 issued by respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Aurai, District Bhadohi, whereby the petitioner was required to remove his illegal possession and temporary unauthorised constructions from Plot Nos. 63 and 64 by 20.05.2025, failing which the same would be removed by the authorities. 2. The petitioner admits that the respondents have removed his so- called temporary constructions from the aforesaid land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, reserving right to contest the pending PIL. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the pending PIL wherein the petitioner is also a party. 5.
