Addl. Sessions Judge, Fazilka in Crl. Appeal No.107 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 titled as Jalour Singh Vs. HDFC Bank Ltd. in Crl. complaint No. NACT 309 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022 under section 138 of the N.I. Act, 1881 titled as HDFC Bank vs. Jalour Singh whereby the petitioner has been ordered to deposit 20% of compensation amount as awarded by ld. trial court within a period of 60 days.
