Bimola, learned counsel, appears for the PHED; Mr. Ajoy Pebam, assisted by Mr. L. Rojeshon, learned counsel, appears for the DC, Imphal West. [2] Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl. AG has placed a proceedings of letter dated UO. CDA/08/769/2024-2025 dated 27.02.2025 wherein an amount of 30,34,245/- has been sanctioned for payment of land compensation in connection with the present contempt petition and the said amount is released in current CDA. [3] In light of the above, the present contempt case is closed. [4] Any dispute regarding the payment of the aforesaid compensation, it is open to the petitioner to agitate before the appropriate forum. [5] The learned counsel appearing for the Deputy Collector, Imphal West has agreed to pay the said compensation which has been sanctioned by the Works Department as well as PHED, Manipur to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
