The order was passed in the writ petition based on the earlier order passed in W.P.No.14122 of 2024 etc. This order passed in a batch of writ petitions was further confirmed by a Division Bench in W.A.No.829 of 2025. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed in that batch of writ petitions which was confirmed in the writ appeal, has now been stayed by 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont. P. No.1946 of 2025 the Apex Court by order dated 23.05.2025. The interim order passed by the Apex Court was also placed before this Court. 3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
