No.0896 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 and 74 of B.N.S. 2023 registered with Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 5. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 05.05.2025 and the petitioners want to challenge the said charge sheet before appropriate forum under the provision of Section 528 of B.N.S. 2023, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with the said liberty. 6.
