By this contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order/judgment dated 06.10.2021, whereby the respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Rehber-e-Khel Teacher. 2. Statement of facts has been filed, wherein it is stated that pursuant to order/judgment dated 06.10.2021, the case of the petitioner was considered under the relevant rules governing the field and came to be rejected as being devoid of merit, vide consideration order dated 22.08.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment/order of the writ court stands complied with in letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has already challenged the consideration order dated 22.08.2023 before this Court. 4.
