The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 517 of 2024, cognizance has been taken under Sections 317(5)/3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma. 3. On 30.09.2024, Jainnagar Police intercepted three motorcycles near Barakar Bridge, Telaiya Dam and apprehended the riders. It transpired that the seized motorcycles were stolen motorcycles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.)
