Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Ac.2.08 cents in Sy. No.36-5 of Potharlanka Village, Kolluru Mandal, Guntur District, without considering the explanation dated 03.02.2020 submitted by the petitioner 2 pursuant to the Notification vide R.C. 3200/2019-G-1, Dated 25.01.2020 issued under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reveal that the proposals for acquisition in respect of the subject lands have been dropped and an alternate land has been identified and acquired. It is noted from the said instructions that the Collector & District Magistrate has issued a fresh notification in Form - C for voluntary acquisition vide Rc.No.3200/2019- G1, dated 28.02.2020. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
