The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.119 dated 02.04.2025, under Sections 18(c) and 20(b)(ii)© NDPS Act, 1958 (added later on Sections 27A and 29 NDPS Act), registered at Police Station Barauda, District Sonepat. 2. This Court, vide order dated 28.05.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in pursuance to the order dated 28.05.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 28.05.2025 is made absolute. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
