The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 99/2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 01/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 221/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. On 02.01.2024, the informant came to know that his father was murdered and his dead body was lying at Sakhuwahi Khet. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested and on his confession, an axe, used in committing murder of the deceased, was recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that charge has been framed in this case on 12.06.2024. It was further submitted that out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is at fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
