Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has scored better marks than the last cut off marks in the Other Backward Classes main category, however he is not able to tell the exact normalized marks that he has scored by him. In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application before the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 2 to disclose the normalize marks within four weeks from today and in the event such application is filed, the respondent No.- 2 shall disclose the same within a further period of two months.
