The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 4th October, 2022 left behind by the above named deceased. The husband of the testatrix predeceased her. The younger daughter is the executrix. The other legal heiress being the elder daughter of the deceased has consented to the grant in favour of the executrix. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed as the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witnesses by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
