These applications are filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 as well as Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting bail to the petitioner, namely, Sri Robin Rahang in connection with Satgaon P.S. Case No. 183/2024 registered under Sections 296/329(4)/115(2)/140(1)/109(2)/ 127(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Smti Barnali Rahang and (2) Dicky Raj Rahang in connection with Satgaon P.S. Case No. 183/2024 registered under Sections 296/329(4)/115(2)/140(1)/109(2)/127(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 3/3 3. Mr. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge-sheet being Charge-Sheet No. 6/2025 dated 30.01.2025. 4. Since the charge-sheet has already been filed, the petitioner, Sri Robin Rahang is directed to approach the Trial Court for seeking regular bail. 5. Similarly, the petitioners, (1) Smti Barnali Rahang and (2) Dicky Raj Rahang are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 21.02.2025 for seeking regular bail. 6. The Trial Court shall consider their bail application in accordance with law. 7. The interim bail granted in their favour shall continue till 21.02.2025. 8.
